as title really can you mot a track car that has no interior and just buckets with harnesses and all electrics on switches, also poly winows just thinking down the line it would be a great comfy daily driver haha

as long as the vehical reaches the standards it should pass an mot, as long as you have it taxed insured etc there is no reason why you cant drive it on the highway

i asked the place where i get all my mot's done for customers and he said that as far as interior goe's as long as it has a drivers seat & seat belt then it can go through the mot

cool i might be able to drive it on the road some day when i can afford to run it haha insurance is half and mpg tripple on my daily car oh and 30quid a year tax
will it not matter about not being able to demist the windscreen

best bet would be to call in where ever you normally go for your m.o.t's and speak to the tester to see what they will/will not allow

Just make sure whoever tests it is well versed with Special Notice 01-13 that states the parts of section 5 to skip over otherwise you will fail on an airbag that isn't there or something stupid.
I take a print out of the above (direct from the VOSA MOT inspection manual) with me to the garage just so there isn't a problem. They can't argue with it at all...
I can supply copies should anyone need one to assist in the same eventuality.
