Hi mate, it will tighten things up and thus improve drive and handling with the right complimentary mods, still got to get the other mounts yet but it's all good :). I'd imagine it would also help control the surrounding parts better and improve acceleration a tad as you can work the car harder and there is less play.
Here is a vid of the decat poppage!

@ Matty, cheers dude, yeah mine hasn't come on yet but only time will tell lol!
My friend said he could map mine for me but I'm set on RSTuning in Leeds so il have to see, firstly looking at GT bumpers & a carbon bonnet - bonnet would be painted Aegean blue though to tone it down but get that weight saved.

Dan, Thanks for taking the time in reading my thread mate! Appreciate the kind words,
I shall let you know, I am avoiding selling though atm unless I have no choice because I am rather attached to it even when I moan haha!
I'm currently looking at GT bumpers kind of fancy that WRC inspired look. Mainly front bumper not a great fan of the rear but no doubt if I do il end up putting that on as well, car looks aftermarket with the wheels now so think I could pull off the look and if I track it it will look abit more aggressive with that and the Cupra R splitter! We shal see lol.
Cheers guys ... Just off out to clean the dirty mucker after all this rain lol

The b***h after a clean!
Test launch 1st in many years - before decat and fluffed first slightly so could have been quicker, but it was just for fun obviously. Don't do traffic light grand prixs.

The gt bumpers are growing on me but like you I hate the rear bumper, Shellvt is selling a set on here mate but are in black.
If only rstuning were more local to me, i'd get them to remap mine but down here in Devon there's only 2 places that I can get mine re-mapped but that will have to wait for a bit lol
if you google 206 carbon fibre mate I came across a site where they sell a carbon fibre tailgate as well

GT bumpers will look cool I think with my wheels, I have seen before shell has but they're in good nick & in black and price reflects,
Ideally looking for some in the stock silver not mint so cheaper and can get them sprayed.
Looking @ 150 for both max before spraying - don't want them to turn in to £400 worth of bumpers lol - but that will be next month! Rear bumper is starting to grow on me mainly because I watch 206 WRC vids and fancy the look-ish.
RSTuning is very far from me too but I doubt I'll get anywhere else to map mine tbh, RSTuning get good reviews in the frenchy scene :).
PS - no way to the tailgate bet it's dollar lol.
Bonnets are cheap and they always seem f****d second hand so buying a non mint one to paint is the plan haha

my front is in desperate need of respraying so it could be tempting to fit the gt bumper but my mate's got a black 180 with both front and rear gt bumpers already.
I would have to make it a wknd if i ever get rstuning to do mine, the one i'm tempted to use down here our callled MBMotorsport who build alot of race cars etc so could be worth a try

Me too on the front end, my car already looks like a kids car so GT bumpers probably won't make much difference in the looks I get lol. One thing that does put me off is speedbumps & lows & Cupra R splitter but fuckit, not arsed lol!! Hmm if your mate has it too might annoy him/her if that's what makes the car different, I don't know lol - my mate bought black Team D's after me and I struck them off for it (and other reasons).
LOL maybe it is too far for you then haha! It would be more a day trip for me
You're lucky to live in such a beautiful place. Devon is my favourite place in the UK,
Used to go every single year with my ex of nearly 10 yrs. Loved Seaton, the cobb, Lyme Regis... walks, pastys, cream tea, community feeling and the slower daily life. My aim is to retire and die there. LOL

Fair play dude haha,
I used to go stay in Seaton and they always had the classic / some new cars they put along the sea front! Ah man. Bad times. Hopefully going to sort things out with her.
LOL I'd drop this 206 in the ocean to live there! lol. - then dive in after it hahaha joke I'd let it sink like the titanic!
That's the plan mate, grow old with the person you love in a perfect place. Try not to die in Symouth like the last time I went lol! Went Jacobs ladder and nearly killed myself lol sooo slippery around there!

PS - That RRTAM's one?
Thought it was dead etc?
Many many years ago I could have sworn I spotted him, before the GT bumpers down that end of the world! Had LED rears but not ultras in red iirc.

Yeah it is mate and thankfully no, turned out the cambelt did slip but didn't do anything major, although they did have to replace the crankshaft sensor, new clutch and flywheel
It certainly did have led rears and still does, think he fitted the red one's first but then changed them all to black
