What's wrong with the original zircon wiring loom? Not sure I fully understand the question.

Hi thanks for your reply, When i switched on aircon it lit up then i got a "clicking noise from my AIR CON REGULATOR MODULE and so replaced that then i went and got a full regas from garage a full job, got home still the same .So i had find out if compressor had broke or another switch ,wired 12v from battery to ac with the wires from it and it clunked and works .so now i have it on direct all the time and wondered what would happen if i left it on untill i get switch sorted? thanks shaun

If it's running without the key turned on it's going to run your battery down.

This sounds like a disaster waiting to happen, if it doesn't work get it fixed properly! Dont guess and do it yourself!

Btw check your pressures, you might have a big leak causing too little pressure which cuts out the compressor. If you sont have enough pressure the oil wont move around in the system which will damage it!

Thanks for your help, this where am at .Now i know my air con is fully gassed and no leaks , i have taken the lead from car to compressor and put a volt tester on it . Now when i start car everything is normal ,now with voltmeter on i switch on air con , i get power through on 1, 2 on blower, then after a 2 min or so i hear clicking from my AIR CON REGULATOR MODULE and the volts jump all over the place .So what could cause such a disruption in power ? this also hapens if i rev up engine any help please thanks
