Hi!!!

Its hot here in Spain right now and my heater matrix has developed a leak! I suspect its just the O-rings that I need to replace but a more pressing problem is a trip to France in a week.

Would it be possible to disconnect the heater matrix at the bulkhead and bypass that altogether? This way the water would not get to the leak and the air con should still work right?

Thanks in advance for your advice

Adam.

After doing lots of research on the tinterweb the heater matrix and aircon matrix (that the air blows through) are separate. I will get some copper or pvc tubing and bypass the heater matrix in the engine bay then the air con will work just fine!!! Fingers crossed!!
