Is this just a faulty o2 sensor ?
 

If it aint broke dont fix it !

try disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes to reset everything before you go that route

It resets only to return the faults .
I have changed the lambda sensor pre cat only a week 10 days ago ..
reason was the thread had gone and blew out the pipe .
I'm going to change the sensor I think.

If it aint broke dont fix it !

It's a faulty Lambada sensor,needs to be replaced,as the heater in that sensor is not working.

or check the contacts / wiring. Measure if there is a voltage on the heater terminals of lambda sensor.
maybe there is a fuse blown that supplies lambda sensor with voltage for heating.
