Hi Guys, new here so go easy!

So, the other day I was cruising down a country lane doing the speed limit (60mph) and going round a gentle bend I slid on some gravel. Span the car, and ended up in a ditch facing the wrong way on the other side of the road.

Drove away and thought nothing of it, car was all working until I went to clean my windscreen with the washer.

Pull the stick and nothing, so I pull over and look at the front of my car...and this is what greeted me:

Now the closest bumper I can find that isn't too expensive is this one:

It has been removed from a 2005 206 SPORT..

Will the bumper I've found fit? Or am I going to have to keep on searching/pay for a new one.

I wouldn't describe a motorway or dual carriageway as a country lane.

It will fit but you will also need the fogs as standard and sport are different. And you will find the very edges under the front wings stick out a smidge ...
Down to just the 1.4 HDi. Cayman Green 2.0i CC sold.

Unfortunately that was a typo! Fat fingers and a keyboard I'm not used to. I rarely break the speed limit.

I'm not too worried about it not looking perfect, as long as the bolt holes line up we're all good! Thanks for the info re: fogs. Is there any way to make the ones I have fit? Or is it just a new set?

The standard fogs won't fit at all on the sports bumper you need to the sports fogs.

You'll also need a pair of front sport arch liners as your current ones won't fit correctly.

Lastly get yourself these from Peugeot and not eBay m.ebay.co.uk/itm/PEUGE...0422899480 - Peugeot dealer part number is 6995.X3
These mushroom clips quite often break when removing the front bumper, these are from the thin strip located below the headlights.

Just because the speed limit is 60, doesnt mean you need to do 60, you should drive appropriate to the road and conditions. Just saying.

All done! The mudguard is a slightly different shade of blue, I'm not overly that fussed...Might get the rear mudguard off the same seller so the mudguards atleast match!

Dammit, I paid £30 extra for the sports fogs! Wish I'd seen this sooner! Would have just left the holes if I knew I could have got a set a fair amount cheaper!! The local motor factor wanted £30ea for them new.

In taking it apart I think the car has had some front end damage before, all of the front bumper was held on with nuts and bolts rather than mushroom clips, and offside headlight didn't fit very well, neither did the water bottle..

Either way...it's on and it isn't coming off again in a hurry!

Thank you all for your advice!
