wonder if anyone can help me with my Peugeot 206

to keep it simple

I have an old peugeot 206 1.4, now fitted with a 1.6 engine from 206cc, fitted with new axle too

now i am having abs problem

Rear right and left coherence, live data shows 0 kph when driving(engine starting) and shows exact speed when car is not started(Ignition On)

Problem would happen when car is started

What i have done:
- Check wire Harness-OK( Good from abs sensor to abs pump)
- Change New ABS Sensors -DONE
- reluctor Ring- Checked( looks New)
- Connect Rear ABS sensor to front wiring:result :no signal
- Connect Front ABS sensor to Rear wiring:result: measures front sensor speed just fine

BTW front and rear sensor are different

The thing about the fuel gauge is that when i hook up with pp2000 and observe the FUEL LEVEL MEASURED, it spikes up for 15 liter when ever i start the car EXAMPLE: when ignition is on the fuel level measure show 5 liter and when the car is started it shows 20 liter causing my fuel level display to show incorrect levels.

Both car are mutiplexed:
-Donor(206cc year 2003 1.6)
-Original( 206 year 2006 1.4)
My thought is over voltage but i think it could be that

What are your thought and suggestion for me to do?
thanks in advance.

I take it the BSI from the CC has been used? Have you reconfiqured it to suit the hatches needs?

The ABS sensor problem sounds similar to an ECU failure i had on a 206 before, what faults are in the system?

See video for an understanding

i have reconfigurate the BSI for hatch use

What about the instrument cluster, have you changed that?

And no, ABS ecu failure

Have you scoped the sensors? Checked the pins? Check the wiring resistance?

Chances are yes though.

Have you removed the fuel pump and moved the float and checked the level in pp2000?

i have checked the abs sensor, they are new though, i didn't have a proper scope so i only used a multimeter to test the resistance and alternating current which is showing working digits

no i did not take out the fuel pump and move the float to test because the fuel level is not a very major problem it still can give estimate readings and i can always refer to my trip meter taking it out just to test it is a hassle i want to avoid

but abs light is pretty annoying on the dash and its important on dangerous situations.

i am actually more concerned with the abs

i dont want to ruin the fuel pump by taking it out without the proper tools if i was to open i would use a hammer and some screw driver which would probably spoil the top piece as i said it was not a major issue i am having i can refer to the trip meter to check.

if you wanted me to check the abs sensor or anything please detail it

i have checked:
-wiring from abs sensor to abs pump
- resistance of abs sensor
- AC Current of abs sensor when tire spinning
-readings on PP2000 when tire spinning( result can refer to video ) it fails when engine starts

any thing else i can check?
