Well a few years ago i built a 206 based on a 1.1 i loved this wee car but the bigger bhp cars in the fleet got the better of this so i sold it on ..this was the before and after of the old one

So the new bus is a 1.6 gti hdi 2004
Mods are
Egr delete
Fap delete
straight through to back box ...will modify later
car is standard gti spec
Plans
just ordered new axle
new coilovers
osr qtr panel damaged ...would normally repair but has rust so will replace full qtr
weld bonnet extensions
weld door locks
plastic weld exhaust hole and towing eye
exhaust out fog light area
paint Gti wheels
and sit it on its hoop !
Standard head unit 6 disc system with twin fiberglass sub enclosure and components front /rear.
Colour wise looking at r32 deep pearl blue with a tiny purple metal flake through it.
maybe some candy red detail work
Fully waxoiled /undersealed
will most likely think of other things along the way

Be a nice little project.
Is it a track car? If not, what are you going to use for a rear fog light to keep the car road legal?

Hi just one reverse light and other side will be convert for led cluster fog
