Hi,

The front seat (driver side) of my 3 door 206 is locked in forward position. This happened this morning for the first time after dropping the kids to school.

The seat can move forward and backward freely but but is stuck is the forward position with the headrest against the wheel.

I tried giving it a few nudges to tilt it back into position with no luck.

Any idea?

Thank you.

Happened few times with passengers onboard, when they mixed up the directions of the handle: pulled it backwards, and the seat sprung forward, although that one was not the "get people on the back seats mode" that one was the "adjust seat's position/tilt" mode, yet they still got on the back :))

So pull the handle backwards again, and whilst holding it, give seat a good forceful nudge backwards.

If that's checked, then see if that handle has not come loose, those torx bolts tend to undo themselves over time
