Looks fun!
It is currently making 108hp, and if Addaz's car is any thing to go by I should hit the 190hp mark

I will indeed be at Forge
I could get a 180 but I love a good project and am quite sentimental with my car (sad act I know)

Now I have a standard manifold with T2 adaptor. However I have had to send off for a 1 and 1/4 inch thick spacer plate to bring the manifold forward as the turbo would be touching the block.
My main concern right now is fuelling. Currently the car runs at 15:1 AFR which is too lean. So I must search for an increase pressure FPR and better injectors. But to start, I do not know if my car has a fuel pressure regulator as so little is known about the TU3A KWF system

Sounds awe! Which management have you decided to go with in the end, and how to overcome fly-by-wire bits?

All the holes are there in the bulk head for me to convert to cable throttle body if I want to. However, nobody can give me a clear answer as to how much functionality I can retain by doing so (for example, working speedo, ABS etc). Also, it is illegal in the UK to run FBW throttle body on after market ECU. Something interesting to note is that the later 307 EW10 has a VDO thorttle body with all the wiring pins in the same positions as mine, and I have a pre made throttle body spacer plate to help adapt and fit if I require a bigger throttle body.
So after much thinking, talking to expert mappers I am going to buy an identical factory ECU and carefully remove the protective resin coating to expose the pins. There is a mapper I know who is willing to 'bench map' the ECU this way - he is unsure of whether he can scale the injectors until he has a go, but this seems to most logical compromise to me. Worst case scenario is that I have to retain standard injectors. I want the car to pass MOT and be safe with all original functions working more than I want out and out horsepower.
I have also ordered some custom Corbeau reclining seats, and when it goes into storage I will start stripping the interior to get it all done up nicely.
The car is now sitting on some Vortexes wrapped in some rather nice Maxxis Z3's, they are painted in a really chavvy glittery black colour but I want to get them refurbished in Silver. I may even sell the morettes and get masked black Valeos. The idea is to have a totally OEM sport trim with few giveaways to what is under the bonnet when it is done.

Okay so another update.
The car is now SORN and in storage for the work to begin!
Wrapped up and waiting for my next visit
Didn't take long for me to come back and start stripping the front end down.
A tubular exhaust manifold to mount the turbo has been ordered.
And today my custom order Corbeau seats arrived.
I am thinking of completely doing away with the entire fan housing and using a slim line fan with a thicker core radiator. It's possible for me to have a front crossmember piece fabricated to attach the standard bonnet release system to, and mount the top of the radiator. This is all done to create space for the turbo charger, intercooler and oil cooler system.

Making progress slowly.
The Corbeau seats are now in the car. They are comfy as f**k!
And my SAS/Trust Tubular Manifold is now here. Next up on the shopping list is a turbo rebuild kit and billet compressor wheel - when funds allow!
