ill be fitting some halo headlighs and a kn air filter in there
not sure about the mesh grilles as it might lose the contrast with the silver?

Yeah I agree with the mesh grill comment as silver and silver may be a bit too much. I think they actually look better with the black / silver.

I wouldn't be worrying about silver grilles clashing with silver paint. Will look fine. Halo headlights look crap.
