My peugeot 206cc 2004 model shows abs warning sign and its not starting when i tried to give ignition wipers on and lights blings last week i have changed the break disk and pads

Have you got access to an OBD-II reader? As this will potentially be able to give you some error codes and areas which might be worth investigating.

if the ABS pump is faulty,car won't start,best thing to get a PP2000,read codes,and start from there,this way we can help you,it might be something very simple,as an ABS sensor...you never know.

With the amount of faults all happening at the same time I would suspect a battery or battery connection problem.

That or maybe a short wire in the engine harness,which causes the warning lights to be on.
