I've found 3 flocking company's within traveling distance so I'm yet to choose.
might make a weekend out of it depending if it's on Wales to keep the Mrs sweet haha

its pretty heavy 2bh as its the full FIA cage door bars harness bars ect. got it from special Peugeot performance. got an omp wheel and boss at the local sorting office I'll pick them up 2moz.

This is the cage I was looking at with the lower doors bars to get on and out a bit easier.
Il Message them in the week see what they have to say. I recon it's got to be about 50kg.

Surely if you ate going to fit a cage you'd be best going for a full weld in cage? That way you benefit from a significantly stiffer bodyshell rather than just a weight burden?

Saxo electric PAS pump, Vibra Technics engine mounts. Samco coolant hoses, TTV steel flywheel, 4.76 final drive ratio, 307 CC 180 ratios. 2019 BMW 530i. 2017 Mercedes C300 convertible.

yes and no to weild in a cage is megga money and a lot of work. ive had a few quotes and I was shocked. also if for some reason I need to i can swap it to another shell or sell it ect
plates still need to be welded to the car so you will get some stiffness from the install just not as much as a full weld in.

and i must admit im a bit of a tart Very Happy so i want it to look the part aswell as a bit of added safety.

next up in no particular order but most will be done at the same time.
oil cooler with thermo plate.
get the carbon bonnet sorted.
flocked dash order in.
satchell shift on hold due to matrix issues. (may take out) not 100% yet
full strip for fitting of cage and possibly paint the inside black.
fit 4.5 cwp.
new mounts for new bucket seats.
fit steering wheel.
powder coat alloys black.
fresh set of Yokohama Advan Neova AD08R thought I'd give these ago.

another one off the list Cool one of my mates who brakes cars had a gti6 in with these one they look pretty fresh done 2bh and just need a clean. they also had a good set of tyres on them. (not to my taste as I don't rate proxys but I'll sell them on)

Good stuff. You won't regret that final drive. Makes the car accelerate faster but also safer because you run the engine through the whole rev range the speeds are lower!

Just stay off the motorway.

that's it's partly my trouble as I live miles away from any tracks I still need to travel. but I have plenty of B roads Wink
have you been for a 60mph cruze in 5th in yours yet? just wandering what rpm your at at I'll be a bit less.

63 mph in mine = 4k rpm. Yours will be doing about 3500 rpm at that speed. Or bob on 6k rpm at 100 mph.

brilliant thanks mate that's not a million miles away from standard as I think I did about 3100RPM any ways at 60mph
