So I've not used the 180 for about 6 months, the battery had gone flat.

I charged it up and it turned over maybe half a time before refusing to do anything. Now it just clicks.

The battery is maybe a couple of years old and is showing as fully charged, and the starter motor was replaced maybe 4 years ago and has only done about 10000 miles since. Is it possible one or both are knackered? Or something else?

Couple of years old battery that've gone flat and maybe sat in that state a while - likely to not get a full recovery.

What's the voltage now after those 30 seconds of cranking?

I'd get either a fresh/known good battery n there, or hook up another car for jump starting and see if the starter is happier.
Most likely the battery voltage collapses as soon as the solenoid closes (the click) and the starter begins to draw its big current.
