Hello!!
So, we have 2001 206 1.4 8V that cuts off while driving when temperature is around 90.. We have changed 3 coil packs, map sensor, BSI, BSM, ecu, all 4 fuel injectors, fuel pump with fpr, temp sensor, crankshaft position sensor, checked wiring, checked valve clearance, checked timing, checked compression.. Car cuts of around 90C when slowing down, sometimes it starts again right away, sometimes you have to wait few min.. Today I will install TB with tps to see will it help..
Any ideas what to look would be nice because we are out of ideas..
Bloody thing is three weeks in the garage..
Thanks!!

Has anyone bothered to put it on PP2000 or are you just throwing money at it?
Down to just the 1.4 HDi. Cayman Green 2.0i CC sold.

Yep, we have pp2000.. Just one fault p1327 was there.. So we changed everything related to it.. Lots of people had same issue but no one solve it..
Another issue is that tps shows 47% when you floor the pedal.. Will change whole TB today.. We have lots of spare parts so changing them is not a problem

Well you need to check the fuel pump and fuel filter, and watch the fuel pressure when it cuts out,if you see that the gauge start dropping and then car stalls, then you got a clogged fuel filter,or a faulty fuel pump.
