tomd0801754 - What have they been messing up out of interest? If nothing more I might be able to give you some ammo for when you next speak to them, if they start using jargon.
ExoVyper and davek- First thing I though when I saw it! But I have to contain myself, I need to keep my car subtle as I have an S2000 dream
However as I say, this half Candy/half perl base works really well as is relatively easy to spray too.

They said the spoiler is producing resien which is making the paint bubble (3rd time it has happened)..
Plus blaming other peoples workmanship.
Spraying over the badges and bootstrip in laquer and a few other things.
According to them orange peel paint is 'natural'..
Oh and they are one of the most reputable companies in Carlisle.
I nearly floored him when I went back with more problems.. Soooo cocky. I'm sure because of my car h thinks I am some chav with no idea on what I am talking about.

Bubble? Is it actually bubbles or like perfect round indents?
If it keeps going dull or pealy, it might be suffering from solvent trap. This is when the volume of recent paint causes solvents in the paint to creep out of the paint slowly. It just means that after about a week it needs flatting and buffering up again, it will pass over time. This is way UV heaters are the king as they heat from the inside out.
Peal is natural after you spray, however flatting back and buffing is also natural..... any amount of peal can be taken out in a short space of time.
Did they spray in a booth? if they did there is sometimes not the need to flat back so it just sounds like there being lazy to me.

Why has overspray been allowed to get on the wheel arch liners on the Astra? Even though it's on the back of them they should have been removed or masked.
