Been planned for nearly past two years, and not in full lineup (Pez was missing in action Razz ), meetup at the unit has finally been had!

Andrew's planted pokey project (proclaimed as per present pug proponents), VorTechS' 308 GTi Coupe Franche and my rattly yet ever-bettering 180

We couldn't get enough bustling around the engine bay of the black, torturing Andrew with loads of questions

VorTechS' brought some gear to spray his SP grille and vents, unveiling something that had been discovered and buried in the 206info archives - Zunsport not only make fancy aftermarket grilles, -- they were the OEM Pug's actual SP kit ones!

Not too shabby, I wonder when you'll do the minor fixups and how it all will look when it's finished Nom Nom Droolage!

Thoroughly enjoyed, and looking forward to more alike meetups!

It's always good to catchup! I'm not sure Mrs VorTechS thinks so though!

I absolutely love what Andrew's done with the car, and being fortunate enough to have ridden in it, it's going to be something else when it can be properly driven, let alone spiritedly in the right place!

For only the second time I've ever sprayed anything (the first being an aborted boot spolier which went patchy when it was lacquered), I'm relatively pleased with the results. The only runs would be covered by rubber surrounds, but the 'matt/faded' look that appeared on the final gloss spraying didn't recover, which is unfortunate.

But, I can have another go! It was a deliberate choice to start with such parts before attempting anything bigger, as they don't have to be used if I can never get it right! (I will).

Looking forward to the next one!
