Great photos! Highlighting the red on the desaturated photo really helps them show. Did you use HDR?

That's blooming lovely. I have a black car also and was thinking about refurbishing my wheels in black and you may have pushed me toward that if you don't mind me copying. I was also looking at doing my fuel cap as well.

Canon 350d with a 18-55 or sometimes a 55-200. I use a CPL filter which is very useful with a black car.
I use Photoshop
