I have 2 things I need to ask the experts out their Smile

1) I started my first day of my new job today and it is just 1.2 miles from home. I have to drive my little 206 though as the job requires I wear a suit. This means that 5 days a week my little 206 is going to be short journeys on cold and not warm up properly for a few days. Will this harm it, is it best to go home a longer way every other day to let it warm up properly?

2) I sat in it yesterday started it up as usual, the air con pump clicked fans came on etc, but the actual blower fans didn't come on! I thought oh f**k back to the garage we go, 5 minutes later they came on as if someone had flicked a switch! What could this have been, do I need to do anything to prevent this happening again in the future?

Thanks for your help in advanced guys.
