yeah man get some pics up of the vaults. lol. parking isn't the problem I either pay £9 per day or £22.50 for a weekly ticket. depending on where I'm working in Glasgow that is. it is shocking with some of the prices though.

i'm not suggesting cancelling, if people want to go to the dungeons then i'm up for that and afterwards whoever wants to do the vaults can or whatever else.

I'm not up for travelling all the way to Edinburgh to sit in a barrier controlled car park and pay for the pleasure of it though.

Like I keep saying all along. At this kinda stage of the scotland meetings I wouldn't expect there to be 10 cars there every meeting, even 3, 5, 8 or 10 cars/people is cool. Just as long as something/anything is happening for anyone to attend who want to attend Smile

Although I must admint, I won't be there after the last one, in all honesty I felt quite embarrassed to even be considered apart of the admin team after that "show". But if you all want to behave in that manner and portray that type of image for the site then bash on, but I will not be supporting it.

Hope you all understand my point of view and know the points which i'm talking about, which I will not state Smile

I'm kinda hinting that if you ALL want these meetings to be a long term success then you must also think about how you are all perceived by other members who are new to the meetings and the site.

B.

Right then, the meet is cancelled. Even though some people may be embarressed, I can guarentee, you wernt as embarressed as I was, spending all that time organising and planning, and having it thrown back in my face.... yet i enjoyed it!!! One person said thank you, that same person said they thoroughly enjoyed it, just because it was something to do. But im not even going to bother turning up to any shows or any meets or anything, if your all taking that attitude, then im not going to be part of this site anymore

Clearly i have missed something??

Thats why i posted the car park prices Andy as people said your's was too expensive but adding things up in Edinburgh it can amount to the same.

I appreciate the effort you have made to arrange meets mitch and am sorry to hear that the attitude of some has led to you feeling the need to leave.
