Ok, my friend has a Fiat Punto and she's able to pick up things for her car for like a couple of quid! She got a set of 4 alloys WITH tyres from ebay for a fiver... side skirts for a quid and a stealth shelf for 99p or something...

I'm keeping my eyes peeled on ebay from now on... just wish things for our 206s were a bit cheaper like that, eh? Razz

Saw a black 04 punto go through the auction for £1300 when I was looking around getting an idea for a car. Bargain!

Punto alloys = £5
206 alloys = £80+
Astra VXR alloys = £700+
Carrera s alloys = £1400+

There is a pattern to the cost of things

it doesn't always benefit buying an older car especially if you have a crash because your insurance company won't pay out

Nothing wrong with puntos.
