Right well, the car is soon to be dropped at the back in a. Couple of weeks but I have a slight problem/ query with regards to the front due to having 17's on the car, which sets the alloys about haf an inch out of the frnt arches - non sport arches. So I was wondering if anyone knew what the best idea woukd be to lower it, I thot about searching for the flared arches but can't seem to find any.
Help please? Lol much appreciated.

there's not any need to flare the arches mate unless you have wide wheels reli....or a big offset....
jus get 35-40mm lowering springs and will look decent...

He's saying if he lowers it, it will catch the wheels as they come out of the arches. If lowered too much they will catch because they are too wide.

Are they out of the arches now? I would say you have the wrong wheels on the car in the first place, you shouldnt be able to see the tread of the tyre when looking down from the top of the arch.
