You know Hilly...I'm starting to love you. Will deffo tally up those costs too...I'm not usually one for scrounging off the system but times is 'hard, and in truth I was left inconvenienced somewhat. Thanks again fella

Well there's no point just breaking even if you have compensation - that's not the point of it! It's to settle a dispute with a reasonable value of money to not only rectify the situation, but extra to compensate them for the injury/damage they incurred, and the time wasted during the case.
I asked for more when I claimed as I proved they were in the wrong. They paid up!
