Evening all,
Not usually one to post up about problems but basically was driving back from shop earlier and noticed a slight drone/knocking/rubbing noise. This only happens when the car is in gear and my foot is off the clutch and accelerator. Nothing when in neutral or when clutch is depressed, or I slightly put foot on accelerator. Bit vague I know but can anyone shed a light on what it could be?
Also you can't hear it from the outside when driving past.
Cheers

Nah not sure if it's in gearbox though as jacked the car up with engine off out of gear and spun wheel. Pretty sure it's the diff as it was still clicking.
