Well it's not always a head gasket when water is loss, you need to check few things first to make sure of the cause:
1-If it's a head gasket, then you should have coolant pressured when car is cold, not warm, and the oil color may change.
2-heatercore-look for water in the floor,or the smell of coolant in the car.
3-pipe leakage or crack in your radiator(check down corners)
4-the expansion bottle cap, have a O ring inside it,with time and hot water,it get dried, and make the water goes out while u r driving, but in slow amount
check all these options, and you will find the cause

Ok.im sure there is no leakage in system.and if water goes out from bottle there should be some signs of dried coolant around the bottle but its clean.i will check the first item you mentioned.thank you Tim.

Some of the Tujp4 engines (not sure if you have one) had a design fault where they leaked coolant from the water jacket on the right front of the block/head gasket. I guess it could be anything with yours from a leaky hose on a join to even a pin hole in the radiator. It could also be the h/g starting to fail.

Sorry i meant to put TU5JP4. Are there any sighns og the h/g going though? Ie mayo substance on the oil cap, white smoke from the exhaust, overheating or oil in the coolant tank? It is more than likely its a leak somewhere to be honest. If the engine is running then the system should be pressurised to an extent so should show the leak if you look hard enough

Is the level dropping below the min mark in the expansion bottle?
It could just be finding its own level
