I read somewhere that it is important to at least turn on your a/c at least once a month for 10 minutes! Since we are currently in winter i dont use it very often but yesterday i switch it on! And the car just seem to rev by its self!!! it was very bugging!!! even the idling revs were higher!!! and when i shift gear the car automatically revs even tho i'm obviously not applying gas between gears!!!
The A/c was serviced few months ago
My father has a 306 1.9diesel, at when his ac is on the revs keep normal!
is this a problem i should be concerned about?
thanks

It's normal for the revs to be higher when AC is on

Mine revs up slightly when the AC is first put on. It's probably just because it hasn't been on in a while

i normally use my Air conditioning its not just for use in the cold, it conditions the air so you use it when you car has excess condensation.
