Hiya woundering if anybody could help me, left side is knocking,turn wheel right when turning it makes a kind of knocking sound and moves slightly strange, its not to bad when straight, anyway of telling which it could be ??
cv joint about £50 looks abit of a mess around to do, track rode end about £15 would have a go myself at that.
i did the indicator fault the other day from the other guides worked a treat

it makes the noise when you move the steering wheel or when the car is turning?

If it when your turning on full lock its the cv joint. to tell if the track rod needs replacing jack the car up on the side u here the noise. Grab hold of each side of the wheel and push side to side if u feel play tht would be the track rod end
