Some C**t has done a hit and run on my car and left it with a nasty dent on the door along with a long crease. I've bashed out the dent as much as possible but it looks like its going to be a new door from the scrap yard as it would have to be resprayed and filled which I know is going to cost well over £300.

My request is really for a guide on replacing the passenger side door along with all the bits from the old door, i.e. window, motor, lock, speakers etc.

I know I will already need a new foil seal and clips as they got broken when I attempted to fix the dent. Pictures would be great.

You cant really go wrong tbh, un-twist the loom and two bolts to take it off.

The window slider mech and the exterior handle are riveted on so its ganna be best to find a completed with it all inside it still Wink

I would imagine that a scrap yard would only sell a door skin unless I was lucky enough to have it with the Window slider still in it.

So is it practical to do this with the wing on as I'm not keen on removing it?
