Hi folks, I'm having a lot of bother with my passenger seat in my '04 206.
Its stuck in a very reclined position, not right back, but too far back to be comfortable. I have the seat out of the car now but can't figure out how the whole mechanism works / what has went wrong.
As I'm sure you all know, to incline the seat, you flick & hold the lever forward which frees up the seat to lean forward& back, then move the lever back again to lock it into the position you want.
My lever will not flick forward to allow adjustment.
Any ideas?

Just keep banging it and moving the seat around until it goes in. Mine does it, it's just shoddy french engineering

So this is genuinely the way to go with this seat?
No part of the mechanism that gives problems?

Yes
Mine slammed forward from tit face mates, there is a lever you pull on the bottom of the seat
Once you fix it once, you dont need to do it again
That or your handle is knackered
