Hi
My in my 2001 1.4 GLX the clock/radio display has gone wrong only some of it displays.
I have taken it out and it is a 4 bulb model PPT30 I believe. I am guessing that I cant fit a 3 bulb model due to the info displayed am I right?
Also would any PPT30 fit? because there is 4 bulb model from a GTi in my local breaker is it worth a try?
Many thanks
Neil

Mine didn't light up at all and what I did was take it all apart. Turn the display over and take out the circuit board and there should be 3 pins with a small white connector on them. Try pushing the small metal connectors upwards to that they can touch the board again. As I thought mine was kaput but it turned out that the connection for the lights wasn't touching so it wasn't lighting up.

Hi Thanks, I had a good read before posting the thread and found plenty about fixing the back light bulbs, but nothing about repairing the pixels in the actual display which is what my problem is.
Thanks anyway
Neil
