Quick question on GTI wishbones

I am aware that they have metal bushes but is the whole thing metal or is the outer case of the bush metal and the inner bit of the bush rubber?

whole thing is metal with s bit of rubber on the top

Cheers. I was gauging the quality of some wishbones I found. They were rubber bushes with a metal casing. Didn't sound right to me
