I have searched through the forum and i cant find a "how to" on lowering my car ... has anyone else got one or am i being blind?

haha im a mechanic just needed to no the just of it i know its gnna be a nightmare to do.... if i go 60 at the back wat u think for the front 40mm(dont really notice it) or 60mm(perhaps to much)??
