..... 3 weeks later and they still haven't 'set a date' for the refurbishment 
plus the induction kit decided to detach a hose and the exhaust decided to shed a hanger rubber and burn my bumper surround [ironic, as I have a new one now]
it's all good fun

Indeed man indeed, First show my car will of been to since its had its roof sprayed, gloss black mirros, black masked fogs, alloys fitted and some other bits and bobs done lol!!!
