i feel for you. i hate my brakes next time im getting ferodo pads and EBC discs just to stop the f'in noise!

ive got standard pug brakes and they dont make any noise, its all about how you burnish them when they are new. wearing them in badly is the main cause of noisy brakes Wink

Please Dont take any of my posts as written fact. They are simply my opinion and although to the best of my knowledge true, the information within them may well be incorrect.

Any work you undertake as a result of my posts is done so at your own risk Smile

Have you tried just spraying some brake cleaner on the disks?

They might just be sticking, and you not noticing it.

Remember a stationary test won't show anything as everything expands on use. If they are just squealing as soon as you start driving when not warm they're probably just lightly brushing the pad.

It's the pad vibrating that makes the noise, not the disc.

A simple solution is to take the pads out and cover the back with copper grease or one of those rubber sticky pads.

Don't argue the opinions of idiots.
They will bring you down to their level and win through experience.

Brake discs got a slight jam? Doesn't usually effect your braking going forwards. Have you tried letting your car roll a slight bit back on a hill and listened to see if there is any noise. Used to happen on my PUG and everytime I rolled back and pressed the brake it would make a noise.

This also happened with a similar noise when I wasn't braking.

Hope this helps.
