Hi boys and girl, need some help here. last month i was getting a whineing noise when turning my steering wheel. so ended up checking PAS fluid and it was very low. so poped down to my local halfords and bottle of fluid and poured it in and noise went straight away.
so last week when parked up the car i notice drips of oil on the floor but never gave it a 2nd thought it was my car till today i took it out and the noise came back again and the PAS fluid was try. and it had a few drips on my drive. is there anything i could do or put inside to weld up the burst pipe or something?
forgot to metion the car is a 1.4 LX

Hi and welcome to the site, shame its a bad start but its french
Tbh all you can do is repair where its leaking from but until you get around to it what i would do is locate the leakage and seal it up with that jml putty which is used for leaks around the home, could work a treat on your car
all the best

Personally mate I would get it checked out or at least search for the leak. I had a leak in the reservoir on my 1.9LX( only a slight one at that) eventually it ruined the alternator as it is housed beneath the PAS reservoir. not trying to worry you...but just giving you the heads up so you can maybe prevent the same happening to you.
