Since having my rear axle fitted the other week, its been making a strange 'pinging' noise, sort of like a metal is clicking of something else metal. It happens usually when i'm at a stop and move off, but more so recentely when driving over speed bumps, pot holes, any un-even surface, it sounds like something isn't tight, I did notice a lip around the drum brake had decent size dent in it, could it be this ?
It cant be seen in that photo as its on the bottom, but its were circled

I'm guessing so, I had new ones on my previous axle about a month ago so im assuming they were swapped over.
