I don't really care about the money side, its the fact he couldve done me serious damage... And the fact that he killed my lil beauty. Altho loads of hours and money on it, it did its job and saved me. And for that ill always remember my pug as a great car. Probs won't go for another one too soon tho

when people race they tend to know there is a car next to them so they dont just pull out and plant their opponent into the crash barrier - come to think about it that might hellp me beat this 1.4 18v corsa my mate has. been racing him down my farm yard for weeks now and no matter what i do i cant over take the bugger, maybe wedge some bales int road thattle slow him down

absolutely hate scum like this bad enough they caused the accident in the first place but then to try and shift the blame onto you 
this happened to my other half but luckily there were numerous witnesses who all agreed the other guy was at fault

update  hes admitted full liability, awaiting payment from insurers and injury too, getting a 1.4 golf

I smashed up my 180 at the weekend. I will have to upload some pics. Costing me a bloody bomb could have wrote it off tbh but I can't do that to him!!!

update just for you guys, he admitted liability and nw everythings moving along, im gettin £635 for my car  gutted... plus whatever for the injury side. i cant see hw you can buy a 206 for that sort of money tbh... they told me i could pick one up on ebay :L what a joke. ah well im getting a mark 4 golf for free but my insurance per months going to be £440

like 90 odd thousand and a t reg :/ they saidit was the price minus an excess making it 635 so i might be gettin that excess back seeing as im claiming off his insurance
