screwdriver in the edge on the end and push hard. you have 3 torx bolts on the rear one which can be accessed with the boot open.

Yeah remover the 3 torx screws. I used some kitchen roll folded or a cloth to protect paint and pried each side out with a screwdriver

when i do it i wrap an old rag round the screwdriver so i don't scratch/dent anything and lever them out HARD from one end while pulling as well, rear has 3 torx screws which you mustn't forget as well.

For the sides just pull gradually, one clip will pop off at a time

On the end of the stip. Where the bumper and the wing meets. As said aboe it is wise to put a cloth over the screwdriver incase you slip.

OR take the front arch liners out (2 mushroom clips) and then you can see the clip and just pop/push it out Wink

This never works for me, I always end up getting the bumpers off lol. Always think I'll bend the wing when I try and lever it out.
