I am sprayin my alloys would it be ok if i but my spare on while i spray my alloy the alloys are 17"

Ideally tho you should have the same sized wheels on each axle

As long as you put it on the back yes.
You dont want odd size wheels on the front as it can damage the diff

Any car with a PCD 4x108, Bore of 65.1 and ET of 0-28 will be fine if your putting it on the back
Just go to the scrappy and rob one

Normally £10 a wheel with a legal tyre at most decent scrapyards.

If the wheel is the same size as in the inches. As far as im aware ford are the same PCM meassurements as PSA Peugeot Citroen. Somebody correct me if im wrong?

Yeah, except it wont go onto the hub because the bore size on the alloy will be too small...
