got a bad oil leak just found out its coming from the bottom of timing belt cover what can it be and will it be a hard job

Sounds like either the camshaft or crankshaft oil seal to me. You would need to remove the covers and take a look.

Taking the top cover off is ok. Bottom cover is horrible. Need to remove the pulley for the alternator etc from the crank
