car was fine in summer but now seems its probably due to the cold. When i start car its not steady. Revs low then normal a few times. When i'm driving and when press clutch down to change gears the car will under rev and cut out , but sometimes won't cut out will just under rev. tried coil pack and spark plugs :S

MPG dropped at all? Do you have problems starting just in the morning or throughout the day? Does it start fine when warm?

try a engine coolant temp sensor on it, this will alter the fueling if faulty, theyre usually pretty cheap.

My bet is that too. Just had exactly that including under revving but not cutting out when changing gears

MPG does drop when engine is cold. It splutters aswell. It starts first time every time , when its started the idle is not steady. The cars perfect when warm.

Will try a temp sensor, hopefully sorts it.

I've fitted the blue coolant temperature sensor, this hasn't changed the problem ,it still happens when the car is cold. Is there another temperature sensor?
