pull back the arch lining and stick your arm behind the wing and feel around, should be a spring clip like on the rear fog, and just push out

edit: oops didnt see the spraying part, would probably come apart the same way the other lights do, heat it up and split it possibly

You're running the risk of cracking the plastic housing by taking them apart, quick search on ebay and I found these...
cgi.ebay.ie/Peugeot-20...2c5c6c009a
cgi.ebay.ie/PEUGEOT-20...3364ef36db
cgi.ebay.ie/PEUGEOT-20...43a6df770c
I like the last ones, they'd suit your car really well!

They dont come appart, they're sealed units so when the bulb blows you have to buy a full new unit - the older 'smoked' versions come appart but not the later crystal ones.

The Cars:
VW Golf Mk7 1.6 Derv '13 Plate - The Daily
Peugeot 206 1.1 Zest 3 '05 Plate - Project Car
BMW E46 320CD MSport '54 Plate - The Toy
Peugeot 206 1.6 HDi GTi '06 Plate - O/H's Car
