Explain futher, what kind of noise are we talking about here?
Is it going 'moooo' like a cow, or 'woof' like a dog, or is it doing the simpsons theme tune?

Haha I need to get me one of them simpsons theme tune gearboxes. Sound good where from and how much 
Is it effort to get it into gear?? Constant knocking?? Or just a "klunk" as it goes in and that's it? When was oil last changed on the gearbox?

goes into gear ok its like griding noise only in 1st and 2nd

same issue with my....klunks goin into gear and taking it out.in most gears..

Maybe your gearbox on it's way to be out of service,or maybe it's your clutch.
