Hi, I have CC on my 206 GTi and quite often the speed of the fan is quite low and it squeaks like mad, it is doing my head in!
The air is nice and cold and when I turn the fan faster it goes away.
Is there any way of getting in to the fan unit to put a drop of oil in there to see if that helps? I am going to tackle it tomorrow and thought I would get advice before hand!!
Thanks.

I just replaced mine. But you could try oiling it, I doubt it'll work though as its a closed unit.
I happen to have one for sale

Thanks for the reply, how much are you looking for and how easy are they to change?
Thanks again.
