They are both H7 and the sidelight's can be swapped To LED, Most people recommend SMD 501.

Something like these,

Why doesn't your friend signup? It's not like it's going to cost anything.

As said H7 55w, not 100w as you risk melting the headlamps and cables.
SMD led all the way.

Do you have 1 bulb that operates as dipped/full beam? or do you have 2 separate ones?

If your bulb has 2 pins then it is H7, 3 pins is H4, 1 pin H1.

As MrBSI said, it should listed on top of the headlamp.

Late 2003 when phase 2 came out is the cross over point, low spec early 2003 cars still rolled out the factory with the frosted H4 type headlights Wink

My feb 03 built 206 had frosted H4 headlamps when it rolled of the production line.

Yeah think you are right there. Always good to check what you have in the car/user manual also as sometimes the guides we have have some slight discrepencies. Anyhow whatever you need in terms of lighting, hosing, wipers etc we will stock in our store. As mentioned we can offer 206info members some discount.
