The whole thing moves inc gearbox as far as I see. Like a jolt of power 1 out 10 times.
I get the feeling its something to do with the engine itself rather than anything else.

sounds like a minor power interuption..... check your battery connections and main fuses..... apart from that I am a little stumped without seeing it

Battery connections (inc earth strap) are OK.
Doesn't smell electrical to me..
It has new sparks, air-filter, battery etc. behaviour was there before and still is now. No error codes though.
