Yeh i was as surprised as you about how low the reading was, i brought the car off a family friend with no mot tax etc, and was told the last decent run it had was a whole year before i brought it.

I think the only reason why its still going strong is that its a Varta battery so not your cheap £20 battery from a local motor factor.

no wonder they put 5 year warrantly on their battery.

always worth to paid a bit more!

Exactly although its flat at the moment from being off the road for 6 months so this might have finally killed it lol.
