Hi, im thinking of upgrading my standard radio/cd player and speakers. What are the best door speakers and rear speakers to change to that will fit straight in without too much messing and will sound a lot better?
Any ideas would be great?

Don't think any such thing exists. To get 'a lot better' sound will take work & money un-fortunately.

i think changing the head unit would be better, as an aftermarket one will probably have a better power output, but to be honest i wouldnt 100% sure, im sure somebody else will know alot more about stereos than myself
