Sometimes when I'm in first gear(obviously) and want to get away fast and accelerate fairly quickly, I can hear a single beep coming from infront of me. No lights or change in engine response, just that one beep. Only happened on 2 occasions but I'm just worried what it is???
When I say accelerate fast, I'm not talking spinning wheels, it's a 1.1 ffs
Any help would be much appreciated!

It might be the boot sensor being a little loose, i had this just tightened the boot catch up a bit.

I used to get a beep when I went around a corner or broke heavy. Turns out I needed brake fluid.

More than likely low on brake fluid. Are you getting the brake warning light showing on the dash at the same time?

I cant see any warning lights come up when it beeps. If it just flashes once then I wouldnt see it anyway.
Why would it be a low brake fluid warning if im not touching the brake??? :/
Thanks for the input everyone

You should be able to see the warning light flicker or flash on, but unless it is dark it's not the easiest thing to catch out of the corner of your eye.
There is a level sensor in the brake fluid reservoir. When you accelerate or go round bends, the fluid level drops at the sensor position, making the sensor to think that the level is low.
The level decreases as the pads wear as more fluid is needed in the calipers. Just top it up and it should stop the beep.
