my 206 quicksilve gear box has knackered... The problem is that what ever gear it is in it seems like it is in 4th so it struggles to pull away and also its very floppy, it basically goes frow 1st to 5th or any other gear without having to push it up to neutral then selecting gear. also reverse makes it go forward now aswell.
Any idea to what this could be would be helpful cheers!

the gear box is still very weiod even when the cars off and why would a knackered clutch make you go froward in reverse lol?

yeah they were fine in neutral but when i pulled away i had to rev the ballox of it to move it but once i got say to 30ish it was normal revs for about 4th gear

thats all im hoping it is. its asif the gears have been swapped about because 5th sometimes acts like first should and pulls away sharp and first is slow etc
